Cloud9 Welcomes Newest Members of Dota 2 Roster

Dota 2 Article By John Nomis|03 March, 2020

Cloud9 is excited to announce the arrival of three new members of the Dota 2 roster. Joining the organization are Jacky EternaLEnVy Mao, Marcus Ace Hoelgaard, and Jingjun Sneyking Wu! Please join us in welcoming them to Cloud9!

EternaLEnVy and Sneyking are joining us after their time with Fighting PandaS, where they recently helped the team come away with victory at the World Electronic Sports Games 2019 North America Finals. EternaLEnVy has also played for C9 before, being a member of the org in 2014-2015 and again in 2017. Ace is another familiar face joining the organization, having played for C9 in 2017. Most recently a member of Infinity, Ace helped Ninjas in Pyjamas to a 1st-place finish at StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 2, and helped Team Secret to a 5th/6th-place finish at The International 2018. EternaLEnVy, Ace, and Sneyking will fill Positions 1-3 respectively, with Misery moving over to Position 4.

“We’re really glad to be welcoming EternaLEnVy and Ace back to C9, and we have no doubt Sneyking will make a tremendous impact as well. We’re all looking forward to seeing this team compete at the highest levels.”

Gaylen Malone, Cloud9 Sr. General Manager

With this latest roster update, vtFaded and skem are moving to the bench, and we have released FLee. We thank him for his time with Cloud9 and wish him success moving forward.
